Invito Motion provides digital animated wedding invitation videos only.
We do not offer printed cards or physical products.
2. Order Process
After placing an order, our team will contact you within 24 hours to collect details (photos, event information, preferences).
The project timeline begins after all required details are received.
Delays in sharing details may affect delivery timelines.
3. Customization & Revisions
Each package includes a limited number of revisions as mentioned on the product page.
Additional revisions beyond the package limit may incur extra charges.
Major changes after approval may be treated as a new request.
4. Delivery
Final videos are delivered digitally via WhatsApp, email, or download link.
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on complexity and client response time.
5. Payments
All payments must be made in full before the work begins.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Any applicable taxes will be added during checkout.
6. Intellectual Property
Invito Motion retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, website, and social media promotion, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
Clients may not resell or redistribute the videos for commercial resale.
7. Limitation of Liability
Invito Motion is not responsible for:
Incorrect details provided by the client
Delays caused by late client responses
Platform-specific compression issues (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
