All Invito Motion products are customized digital services, therefore:

🚫 No refunds or returns are applicable once the work has started.

Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The order is canceled before any work has started.

• No customization or preview has been shared.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after work begins

• Delay caused by client’s late response

• Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences

• Minor animation or design style differences
